Yoga is peace

True yoga is peace in our heart and mind , not in the cells of the body. That is not needed , for
if our head and heart is composed we are undisturbed by the changes in the body. Hence we must try to reduce attachment to the body.

Interesting comment. Is is truly possible to reduce attachment to the body? Mind invariably gets pulled in if there's a pain somewhere in the body...Nevertheless, I think we can learn to "ignore" the pain..
